Drop-in Meditation Classes
In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes consist of guided meditations, teaching and discussion followed by refreshments. Please try to arrive on time so as not to disturb the meditation sessions. Everyone is welcome. Class fee: $10.

The teacher
Kelsang Palmo is a Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher of Ganden Kadampa Buddhist Centre. She has studied Buddhism for many years and, with natural warmth, inspires us to develop a peaceful mind through meditation. Palmo teaches the weekly drop-in classes as well as the Foundation Program. For the three week Introduction to Meditation course please see Intro to Meditation.
