Living In The Moment

On this day course we will learn meditations to help us let go of our limiting mental habits. Through this we will develop a peaceful mind, be able to make the most of every moment in our life and begin to uncover its true meaning.
We hold many special events throughout the year from special Public Talks with visiting International Teachers to away weekends and in-depth Buddhist classes and courses.
Get away from it all and connect with your inner peace. We hold one-day retreats at the Temple as well as general away retreats, silent retreats and Buddhist retreats throughout the year.
