Be guided through step-by-step instructions to uplifting states of mind, mental stillness and inner resilience. On this day course Gen Kelsang Tsalden will explain:

• how to develop fulfilling and harmonious relationships

• how to protect our mind from anxiety, depression and painful feelings

  • how to develop inner resilience and become a truly happy person

Everybody is welcome to attend this course, regardless of experience. During the day you will receive practical teachings on this subject. The course will also include short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve your ability to solve your daily problems effectively.

The Teacher

Gen Kelsang Tsalden is a fully ordained Australian Buddhist nun who has practised Kadampa Buddhism for over 14 years, training in Sydney and the UK. With over 10 years experience as a Resident Teacher her clear, inspiring teachings and gentle manner make Buddhist wisdom accessible to all.
