Our Teachers

8 September

The teacher of these classes is Gerry Bensoussan.  Gerry is an experienced Buddhist teacher who has been studying and practising Buddhism for many years. He explains with warmth and humility, how to receive practical benefit from meditation in our daily life.

4 November

The teacher of these classes is Hugo Poncia.  Hugo is a Buddhist teacher from Ganden Centre’s community. With his gentle manner and sincerity he shares Buddhist wisdom from his own experience, encouraging others to transform their lives through meditation.
