Purifying Negative Karma

A Meditation Half Day Workshop
Sat 24 Nov · 10am–1pm · $35

Throughout our spiritual life if can be difficult to develop realisations. Sometimes we have strong faith but we can lose this feeling. It can be hard to understand the meaning of the teachings we receive. When we try to meditate we do not find it easy to concentrate, and it’s hard to maintain our practice in daily life. These difficulties arise because we carry a burden of negativity within our mind, the heavy inheritance of all the non-virtuous actions that we have committed.

On this special course, Gen Tsalden will explain the essential Buddhist practices of purifying negative karma. Through sincerely practising these instructions it is possible to cure any sickness we may have, reduce our delusions, have a more peacful and happy mind, increase our faith, and especially strengthen our experience of universal compassion, and our wisdom.

On this day course Gen Kelsang Tsalden will explain:

• the essential Buddhist practices of purifying negative karma
• how to reduce our negative states of mind
• how to develop a more peaceful and happy mind
• how to increase our faith and strengthen our experience of universal compassion
