Learn simple meditations that will awaken your potential for a kind and peaceful heart and bring extraordinary results into your daily life such as stable happiness, and the ability to accept and transform all life’s difficulties.

On this day course Gen Kelsang Tsalden will explain:

• how to distinguish between valuable states of mind that lead to happiness and those that lead to unhappiness
• how turning our mind to the happiness of others will lead to positive states of mind and true happiness.

Everybody is welcome to attend this course, regardless of experience. During the day you will receive practical teachings that are specifically related to the topic of overcoming worry. The course will also include short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve your ability to solve your daily problems effectively.

The Teacher

Gen Kelsang Tsalden is a fully ordained Australian Buddhist nun who has practised Kadampa Buddhism for over 14 years, training in Sydney and the UK. With over 10 years experience as a Resident Teacher her clear, inspiring teachings and gentle manner make Buddhist wisdom accessible to all.
