In this meditation day course Gen Kelsang Tsalden will explain the simple Buddhist meditation and positive thinking techniques for enjoying happiness and a peaceful mind, regardless of the difficulties that arise in our life.

On this day course Gen Kelsang Tsalden will explain:

Everybody is welcome to attend this course, regardless of experience. During the day you will receive practical teachings that are specifically related to the topic outlined above. The course will also include short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve your ability to solve your daily problems effectively.

The Teacher

Gen Kelsang Tsalden is a fully ordained Australian Buddhist nun who has practised Kadampa Buddhism for over 14 years, training in Sydney and the UK. With over 10 years experience as a Resident Teacher her clear, inspiring teachings and gentle manner make Buddhist wisdom accessible to all.
