About the Retreat

This retreat presents a special opportunity to immerse ourself in meditation and enjoy a relaxing weekend in the company of like-minded people. Starting with a welcoming introduction on Friday evening and finishing with lunch on Sunday, the weekend will include teachings as well as plenty of time for meditation and relaxation.

Retreat Topic

Escape the stress and busyness of life and enjoy the peace of meditation at our much-loved annual Springbrook retreat. This year, guided by our Resident Teacher Gen Tsalden, we are focusing on meditations to help us transform our difficulties into the path to happiness. Instead of feeling worn out by daily problems we can rely on these special instructions and actually deepen our inner peace and spiritual experience.

Suitable for everyone, this retreat provides an excellent introduction to meditation, as well as an opportunity for those already familiar to re-inspire their practice. Enjoy this unique opportunity to experience stillness within in the tranquil setting of a mountainside retreat centre in the Gold Coast Hinterland.
