ABOUT THE COURSE
We often have trouble letting go of painful events in our past and this affects the way we respond to our current life situations. We blame situations, ourselves or others and remain trapped in a state of anger and hurt.
In this workshop Gen Tsalden will explain how training in mindfulness and meditation can illuminate the real source of pain and difficulty within our mind. Through this we can feel inspired to release it completely, leaving us with a tremendous feeling of relief and joy, and a new-found freedom to move on with our life.
This course is taught by our Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Tsalden. Gen Tsalden is a fully ordained Australian Buddhist nun who has practised Kadampa Buddhism for over 14 years, training in Sydney and the UK. With over 10 years experience as a Resident Teacher her clear, inspiring teachings and gentle manner make Buddhist wisdom accessible to all.
