Meditation For Busy People
Meditation is a way of calming the mind, reducing stress and developing a more positive approach to life. This course provides the perfect opportunity to discover for yourself the inner peace and happiness that naturally arises when our mind becomes still.
Everyone is welcome. Classes include guided meditations and Buddhist teachings that are very practical and easily applied to help solve daily problems and experience more peace of mind. There is no need to book or bring anything, you can drop-in any week.
Our meditation classes are designed so that you can drop in to any class, any week without the need to pre-register or attend an entire course.
Our course is held in Maclean Civic Hall, making it easy for you to drop in to a class anytime for some inner peace, happiness and practical wisdom.
Our Resident Teacher
Gen Kelsang Tsalden
Gen Kelsang Tsalden is a fully ordained Australian Buddhist nun who has practised Kadampa Buddhism for over 14 years, training in Sydney and the UK. With over 10 years experience as a Resident Teacher her clear, inspiring teachings and gentle manner make Buddhist wisdom accessible to all. Gen Tsalden teaches the Monday night classes at Maclean and the Wednesday and Thursday evening classes at Ganden Centre.
